So are peanut butter sandwiches on whole grain bread. Yes, peanut butter has fat, but it is mostly the good type of fat that your body needs. Just stick to portion sizes.

Most of us do not eat enough fiber every day. Eating food with a high fiber content can help people lose weight and have many other health benefits. Many people report losing weight and feeling like they have flatter bellies after a few days of consuming more fiber.
Legumes are another winner in this category. They are also really inexpensive, contain protein, and give your body plenty of other vitamins and miners. Beans and peanuts are grocery store bargains for dieters and anybody who wants to stay healthy.
