I had a surgery done 3 years back for the removal of a huge cyst in the uterus(13cms) ovaries were kept intact as they were healthy. Now I experience pain and UTI every 2 - 3 motnhs and cysts keep appearign and disappearing my my ovaries. There i spain some times, burning sensation and itchiness in the vaginal area. i am under medication on and off. Also experience symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (pain in the fingers, toes , knees etc) mostly pain in the left thumb. Symptoms cease and re-appear after soem time. Have also bloated only on the stomach. I weigh 62 kgs. amd am 5 feet 4 inches in height. pls advice.

an ancient chinese healing method called qigong is very effective in re-balancing our bodies with the readily available universal energy...
We are all made up of the 4 elements ..earth,air,fire and water ..

when these get out of balance due to past and present emotional pain..we develop all the various physical symptoms that plague us ...for example cancer is diagnoses when our earth element gets to 80% and very little fire element..

The remedy for all health problems is to develop a deep inner focus at least 10% of our focus constantly ..developing deep belly breathing if done regularly calms and re-balances the system..

Qigong is magic in developing this inner focus and as I said in letting the qi of the universe do the healing for us..

we are not isolated units struggling to survive in an alien environment we are at one with the whole , however only when we are in touch with our own deep inner power centre can we utilize this truth and reconnect with the universal....

develop deep belly breathing do an hour of qigong daily particularly the horse stance ( build up to do 30 mins and watch the qi do its healing work).

for the rest of the day be 10% mindfully focused and bingo watch your transformation.
