Of course, you need to use special soap for the skin. You can use the one with moisturized and with sun protections in order for your skin to be protected and to be always clean.
Next, you should have a different soap for your face and for your body since the facial skin is more sensitive. In addition, it is the one that is being clearly seen by others. So, grab an anti-bacterial soap and a cleanser to help you.
Make it a habit that you wash your face with them using warm water. Afterwards, rinse and dry your face with a cold water.
This process will be helpful in closing your pores after you have washed your face.
There are also lotions that can help you to be protected by the damaging rays of the sun. So, apply a considerable amount on your exposed skin. This is to prevent you from being sun burned and having an evident signs of skin aging.
SPF 15 will do the trick but choosing a sun block lotion with higher SPFs are preferred.
Eating and drinking right is also a matter of importance. There are foods that are rich in antioxidants which can promote a healthy skin. Foods that are rich in saturated fats like French fries and chips should be avoided.
In addition, limiting the amount of alcohol intake is a good step as well. Instead, drink a lot of water since being hydrated can promote a healthy skin too.
