If there is one thing that all of us enjoy doing, it's eating a great meal. Many of us have begun to cook more at home as a result of cutting back and budgeting ourselves. This, in itself, has probably reduced the amount of problems that we are experiencing as a result of eating things that are full of fat and salt.
There may be another problem, however, that is lying below the surface and causing such problems as rashes and dandruff.

When you really stop to think about it, the skin is the largest organ in our body but it is also one of the most important.

One of the best things that we can do, however, is to eliminate any foods which may be causing the toxic buildup in our system. These would include such things as processed foods that are full of chemicals, all types of sugar and anything which we may be sensitive to.
I'm not telling you that it is going to be easy for you to weed out your diet and to keep yourself from having these problems. What I am telling you, however, is that if you are able to do so successfully you are going to notice a large difference in the way that your skin reacts and in the amount of dandruff that you experience.
