Ever since we were young children, we have heard that we should eat our vegetables. Did you realize, however, that there is a lot of truth in that statement that the vegetables that we are lacking may be at the root of a lot of health problems we are experiencing?

It is important for you to understand that dandruff is not the disease, it is merely a symptom of the fact that something is going wrong within the body.
In order for you to treat the dandruff and to get rid of it permanently, you need to treat the underlying cause which in most cases is a poor diet.
How do you do this? The easiest way for you to do it is to begin adding healthy foods in your diet regularly.
Don't try to switch everything at first, simply add things to your existing diet and eventually they're going to crowd out some of the poor eating habits that you may have developed.
