Gum disease is common in adults. Approximately 3 out of 4 adults have some stage of gum disease.
It can produce red, swollen or bleeding gums as well as bad breath.
Keep your teeth and gums clean to prevent the disease.
Herbal remedies that fight bacteria are helpful in keeping the disease in check.

You can use it as a mouth rinse or you can swab it onto swollen gums. It can also be taken in capsule form.
• Goldenseal –

• Calendula –
With its beneficial healing properties, calendula is helpful as an anti-viral and anti-inflammatory.
It also helps with sore throats. For use on the gums, apply calendula tincture directly to the affected area several times per day.
