This article contradicts itself. Here are two lines taken from the article.
-From a nutritional perspective, avoiding dairy products is recommended as they can aggravate the situation.
-Milk, cream, butter, fruits and fresh, raw and boiled vegetables and natural foods are the best diet for an ulcer patient.
So which is it? Dairy or no dairy?
This negates the credibility of the whole article.
