Many women want to have larger breasts and are looking at the various options available to them. Breast augmentation is one of the most popular forms of plastic surgery, but it also full of risks and it's expensive. Furthermore, most insurance companies will not cover cosmetic procedures, so all of the money has to be paid by the patient.
While a lot of women may not be able to afford the surgery, they can afford breast enhancement supplements. However, the question then becomes whether or not these supplements work, and if so, which ones are the best?
To be very clear, there is absolutely no scientific or medical evidence that any cream, lotion, pill or supplement can give you larger breasts. While there is no real evidence, there are so many testimonials and anecdotal success stories, that it seems as though there may be something going on.
As far as any researcher can tell, breast enhancement supplements do not cause an increase in breast size. However, many women believe that there is an increase. So, do they really work, or is it just a form of the placebo effect? It's most likely the latter, but that's okay.
Think about it this way, if you believe something works to improve your appearance, and you believe that you really do look better, then that leads to improved self-esteem. It really doesn't matter if the woman's breasts have gotten bigger, what matters is that she feels better about herself.
If you are interested in trying some breast enhancement supplements, then there are a few things you should keep in mind. While their efficacy may be questionable, some supplements are still better than others. Knowing how to make a few basic distinctions should help you to find the ones that aren't as bad as the others.
Pay attention to any advertising claims made by any supplements you're considering. If one supplement claims you can go from a C-cup to a DDD-cup by taking "one little pill" every day, then you need to seriously question that claim.
That's not to say a claim of going from a C-cup to a D-cup is accurate, but at least it's more believable. A good rule of thumb is that the more hype there is, the more you should question it.
The other main thing to pay attention to is the list of ingredients. There should be ingredients that sound familiar to you, or are easy to research if you have to. For example, fennel is claimed to increase the production of hormones which may increase breast size.
At the same time, you should avoid ingredients that sound made up or are impossible to do any research on. A good example of these would be pseudoscientific names for ingredients, like "BH-D3X Formula". The problem is that you have no way of knowing what's really going into it.
Any breast enhancement supplements you're thinking of getting should go light on the hype, and should have a good list of ingredients.
