There is always a lot of people with cardio vascular issues but recently I have bumped into a few personal contacts with cardio issues and it seems a good time to revisit some information about Omega 3 fatty acids. We have an article below on Omega 3's and I thought I'd like to add some personal notes on that subject here before we get at all technical. Back at the end of last
century I was attending international seminars with the Herbal-Life company and they had brought a new scientist/doctor onto their nutrition board. He had been studying the benefits of fish oils and did in-depth studies into what worked for cardio vascular health and what did not. He found that to be effective fish oils need to come from deep sea, cold water, fish and were best taken 3 times a day. I have dealt with a lot people over the last 30 years and have seen people get amazing results from adding this Omega 3 rich fish oils to their diet. I do not intend to make any medical claims here so I can just talk about things in general terms. I cannot talk about specific cases as they are anecdotal and not backed by direct medical studies but I can say that I have seen some amazing results from people adding Omega 3's to their diet. If I was asked to name one supplement which I personally believe has had most impact on people with specific, critical, health ailments for people I have personally dealt with then this one would be it. Simple Means To Be Happy & HealthyAlthough everyone pursues happiness not everyone claims to be happy. Why is that? However, for most people the definition of happiness is plain and simple – It means a healthy life with friends and loved ones and something meaningful. And, those people are healthier than those who are more serious in life. This is because by being happy, the body produces hormones that uplift the spirit and state of mind, which then results in us becoming less stressed and more productive. In addition, by being happy and smiling, we are using fewer muscles than if we are frowning, which in turn keeps us looking younger longer. Having said that, we can say that happiness is important not only to feel contented but also to be healthy. Therefore, following the simple steps provided will be go a long way toward being healthy and happy by simple means. 1. Have A Love Life.
